1) Camera-ready Full Paper Submission


Format

All camera-ready full papers must be formatted according to Springer CCIS, with more than 10 pages.

Camera-ready Submission Package

The Package must contain:
  1. The final version of the paper in PDF format
  2. The paper source:
    • For Microsoft Word: all source files (Word files with all the associated style files, special fonts, and rtf files) including bib files (*.bbl) and images
    • For LaTeX: all source files (LaTeX files with all the associated style files, special fonts, and eps files) including bib files (*.bbl) and images
  3. The Springer Copyright Form, filled out and signed by the corresponding author. You can download it here.
    • Title of the Conference Name: The 7th International Conference on Serviceology(ICServ2020)
    • Volume Editor(s) Name(s): Chieko Minami, Spring Han, and Takeshi Takenaka

Please submit the package in ZIP format via email to icserv2020@easychair.org until October 30th, 2019. If the document exceeds the maximum allowed size, please provide us a download link for it.


2) Camera-ready Extended Abstract Submission
